MerahPutih.com - Band rock asal Amerika, From Ashes To New, resmi meluncurkan lagu sekaligus video musik untuk single terbarunya berjudul Villain.
Menurut Matt, Villain menggambarkan momen ketika hasrat mengalahkan pertimbangan logis.

Lirik Villain - From Ashes To New
With every breath you're holding
The tension rises slowly
You can't avoid the warnings
You can't ignore (The evil at your door)
The devil on your shoulder
Says, "Come a little closer"
It takes your body over
You lose control
You got that nervous feeling, you feel it deep in your chest
The shadows on the ceiling are what you see in your head
I know that you've been keeping your monsters under the bed
But a villain's what you wanted instead
I could be a villain for you
I could be the worst thing you do
I'll be the devil's voice, the awful choices
That you can't refuse
I could be the dark side of you
I could be the lie to your truth
I'll be the devil's voice, the awful choices
I could be your, I could be your villain
Give into your weakness
And drift away from Eden
Just slip into the deep end
And lose yourself
You're looking for a reason, you should lose yourself and give in
Stop running from your demons, you know you don't have to pretend
I know your every secret 'cause I'm living under your skin
I know you're acting like you hate it, but you love it
I could be a villain for you
I could be the worst thing you do
I'll be the devil's voice, the awful choices
That you can't refuse
I could be the dark side of you
I could be the lie to your truth
I'll be the devil's voice, the awful choices
I could be your, I could be your villain (I could be your villain)
I could be your
Your pain under the pressure
You love the way it hurts
The way it hurts
You only want the worst
Pain under the pressure
You love the way it hurts
Give into surrender
You only want the worst
I could be a villain for you
I could be the worst thing you do
I'll be the devil's voice, the awful choices
That you can't refuse
I could be the dark side of you
I could be the lie to your truth
I'll be the devil's voice, the awful choices
I could be your, I could be your villain (I could be your villain)
I could be your villain (I could be your villain)
I could be your villain
