Dilansir oleh laman People, People's Choice Awards 2024 berlangsung di Barker Hangar, Santa Monica, California pada Minggu (18/2). Dipandu oleh Simu Liu sebagai pembawa acara, People's Choice Awards 2024 turut disiarkan secara live di NBC, E!, dan Peacock.

Ajang ke-49 People's Choice Awards memiliki total 45 nominasi. Hal ini terbagi ke dalam empat kategori utama, yaitu film, televisi, musik, dan budaya populer. Tahun ini, Barbie berhasil menjadi film dengan kemenangan terbanyak, yaitu sembilan piala.

Penyanyi global Taylor Swift juga berhasil memboyong empat piala. Tak hanya dari industri Hollywood, penyanyi asal Korea Selatan juga turut meraih kemenangan dalam People's Choice Awards 2024. Sebut saja Jungkook BTS dan Stray Kids.
